📋 Description

• Perform all tasks associated with jury related litigation consulting including mock trials/focus group moderation, online jury research, community attitude surveys, witness prep, voir dire, and demographic profiling • Work collaboratively with research team and clients • Take ownership of projects from intake to delivery • Make strategic recommendations to clients based on research • Conduct juror social media/public records research and trial monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate degree (Ph.D. and/or Master’s) in psychology or related field (i.e., neuroscience, communication, etc.) and/or J.D. is preferred • Minimum of 5 years’ experience for senior-level consultant position • Understanding of civil legal process, procedures, and terminology • Client development skills are helpful • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with analytical software (such as SPSS) • General understanding of presentation technology
