📋 Description

• Serve as the primary advocate for project success and lead field representative throughout the full project lifecycle • Coordinate with engineering, logistics, manufacturing, commissioning, and customer stakeholders • Lead concurrent turnkey power generation projects and oversee third-party equipment sale projects from development through commissioning and closeout • Manage permitting and utility interconnection processes across municipalities and Authorities Having Jurisdiction • Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, and commissioning teams and external partners • Manage critical path schedules and mitigate technical, procurement, and construction risks • Oversee contract administration, bid packaging, subcontractor management, and change order negotiation • Drive cost control initiatives to meet and improve project margin targets • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, risk mitigation, and regulatory standards • Maintain reporting, documentation, turnover packages, and warranty administration • Conduct site visits and job walks; up to 15% travel required

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience, with emphasis on distributed energy systems (solar, BESS, fuel cells, microgrids) and turnkey EPC delivery • Demonstrated ownership mentality and full accountability for equipment sales and turnkey EPC project performance • Comprehensive knowledge of development, permitting, contracting, procurement, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, logistics, and construction execution • Experience leading RFP development, bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and full procurement lifecycle management • Strong financial management capabilities, including cost tracking, forecasting, budget control, and change order negotiation using Procore and MS Project • Expertise navigating AHJ permitting processes and managing electrical and gas utility interconnection requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Microsoft Project, and PowerPoint • Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Sheets, Docs, Drive, shared workflows, and remote collaboration tools • Experience with project management software, specifically Procore • Highly effective in remote work environments using digital collaboration platforms • Ability to manage competing high-priority tasks across multiple concurrent projects • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Understanding of contractor qualification, safety programs, QA/QC processes, and project governance best practices
