📋 Description

• Own operating results for portfolios of institutional single-family rental owners • Learn and execute each customer's operating playbook across every home in the portfolio • Own customer books end to end across dispositions and, in some cases, acquisitions, from intake through closing • Co-own customer relationships with a business relationship lead who manages the commercial side • Serve as the day-to-day operating counterpart to customer directors and analysts • Run customer cadence, provide analysis, identify problems early, and communicate difficult truths • Set priorities across agent, pricing, field, and transaction coordination teams without direct authority • Help launch new customers, markets, and programs such as REO, then operate them at steady state • Use AI and proprietary tools for reconciliation, exception reporting, weekly updates, and escalation triage • Report to the Manager, Brokerage Operations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in real estate operations, portfolio or asset management, or account management for institutional or high-volume real estate customers; SFR experience strongly preferred • Demonstrated ownership of a portfolio outcome or the operating side of a customer relationship, including running the reporting cadence and leading difficult conversations • Working knowledge of the full transaction lifecycle: pricing, listing, offers and negotiation, and contract to close • Experience launching a new customer, market, or program and getting it to steady state • Real estate license preferred, not required • Demonstrable AI workflows using at least one general-purpose LLM such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini on a real portfolio or pipeline • Ability to explain AI workflow examples and their impact • Judgment about when not to use AI and ability to check AI outputs for accuracy and Fair Housing compliance • Comfort with spreadsheets, dashboards, CRM or transaction management systems such as Salesforce, G-Suite, Slack, and MacOS • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfort working some evenings and weekends and with occasional travel • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must answer whether visa sponsorship is required now or in the future
