📋 Description

• Join Mainstay as a Flex Agent (1099 Independent Contractor Agent) and take control of your earning potential while providing essential real estate services. • Complete specific tasks on behalf of customers, earning compensation based on the work performed. • Leverage your expertise in real estate while maintaining full independence, choosing the tasks that best fit your schedule.

🎯 Requirements

• Active real estate license in at least one state • Experience in real estate transactions (traditional sales, iBuying, or transaction coordination preferred) • Ability to complete assigned tasks on time and with attention to detail • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple transactions, and diligent documentation. • Strong technical skills: Salesforce or a similar CRM, G-Suite, Slack, MacOS, and the ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously • An ability to skilfully negotiate, seek the thrill of winning, and never give up • Reliable transportation (for property-related tasks such as Home Check-Ins and Lockbox Installs) • Access to a smartphone and computer for task completion, documentation, and communication
