📋 Description

• Own the operating rhythm of the Brand Design team from request intake through delivery • Review new Asana requests with Marketing stakeholders • Ensure requests include complete creative briefs • Prioritize work and reduce back-and-forth for designers • Build, maintain, adapt, and optimize processes from request to delivery • Partner with Marketing Program Management on large annual marketing initiatives • Set start dates and deliverable milestones with clear rationale • Track team capacity against demand and raise trade-offs early • Organize project files and deliverables for rapid retrieval • Build reporting on team output and qualitative and quantitative impact • Report to the Director of Marketing Creative and collaborate with designers and motion designers

🎯 Requirements

• Experience running project delivery for an in-house creative, design, or marketing team • Experience owning intake and setting standards for complete creative briefs • Fluency in a work management tool; Asana experience • Experience planning across many teams and setting milestones • Ability to turn scattered feedback into clear next steps • Ability to identify process problems and propose fixes • Ability to influence through rationale, data, and diplomacy • Nice to have: experience reporting on creative-work outcomes with data • Nice to have: familiarity with brand or motion design workflows • Nice to have: background in B2B software or industrial marketing • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
