📋 Description

• Support technical writing, report preparation, document formatting, and information transmission. • Assist with MSR materials, dashboards, meeting materials, and deliverable tracking. • Support financial, accounting, or business analysis tasks. • Help prepare or maintain templates, spreadsheets, tracking tools, and structured documentation. • Support upload, organization, and tracking of correspondence and documentation in case management or SharePoint-style systems. • Assist senior staff with status reporting, metrics, formatting, and quality checks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, economics, business, or related discipline. • Demonstrated experience in accounting or finance. • Demonstrated experience in technical writing, information transmission, and document formatting. • Ability to complete IRS suitability / staff-like access requirements. • No certification required per PWS. • Experience supporting federal programs, cybersecurity programs, audit programs, or compliance documentation. • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint skills. • Experience with dashboards, financial tracking, invoice support, report QA, and structured templates. • Comfort working with technical cybersecurity content even if not a cybersecurity SME. • High attention to formatting, naming conventions, document control, and quality assurance.
