📋 Description

• Lead technical execution for agency Internet and Intranet website support and modernization activities • Oversee website performance, capacity, responsiveness, and traffic support • Provide hands-on full-stack technical leadership across Drupal and .NET web environments • Lead integrations involving Appian, SharePoint, and IBM DB2 • Oversee organizational management and technical staff supporting contract requirements • Serve as technical lead for Section 508 compliance • Develop and maintain accessible federal websites • Apply Agile, Lean, and SAFe project-management principles • Support public-facing and internal application maintenance and modernization • Integrate web applications with enterprise platforms, databases, APIs, cloud environments, and government systems • Coordinate with stakeholders, federal technical personnel, and contractor teams • Support federal cybersecurity, privacy, accessibility, enterprise architecture, DevSecOps, and modernization requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of overall experience • Minimum 10 years of .NET experience • At least 5+ years of Drupal experience • 10+ years of federal-sector experience • Hands-on full-stack development experience • Experience serving as a team lead • Experience working with Appian, SharePoint, and DB2 database integration • Experience designing and creating websites for the Federal Government • Working knowledge of Agile, Lean, and SAFe concepts • Sufficient Section 508 expertise to develop and maintain accessible federal websites • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a directly related field • Candidates must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card status) for 3 years and be Federal Tax compliant • Direct experience supporting DOL, WHD, or DOL OCIO environments • Experience modernizing federal legacy web applications from .NET to Drupal • Experience supporting large-scale public-facing Drupal environments with meaningful performance and capacity requirements • Experience integrating Drupal with federal case-management, workflow, or BPM platforms • Experience with AWS/cloud environments in conjunction with Drupal and enterprise integrations • Experience implementing DevSecOps and CI/CD practices for federal web applications • Experience with federal UX/Human-Centered Design and U.S. Web Design Standards • Experience supporting federal Authority to Operate (ATO) processes and security compliance • Experience operating in multi-contractor federal development environments • Experience supporting mission-critical applications through concurrent O&M and modernization
