• Drive a brand-new incentives and lifecycle marketing program aimed at our guest community • Own the strategy and end-to-end execution of CRM and lifecycle campaigns • Partner with global country managers to define and align on incentive strategies • Work closely with finance to ensure each program is budgetarily viable • Plan on a quarterly basis, execution mode by writing creative briefs, running feasibility checks, and participating in creative reviews • Own CRM execution from beginning to end, defining technical and feasibility requirements • Collaborate with analytics to evaluate past campaign performance and synthesize insights for senior leadership • Leverage AI tools for reporting and use SQL to validate outputs
• 10 or more years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing • Deep hands-on experience across owned channels including email, push, and in-app messaging • Strong journey-building and triggered campaign experience • Basic SQL proficiency to run and validate reports • Preferred candidates from a B2C technology background
