📋 Description

• Own program execution for Reservations, Cancellations, and Host Services initiatives • Track milestones, surface risks, and drive resolution across Web, iOS, and Android engineering teams • Partner with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and Product Managers to align roadmaps and sequence work • Manage cross-team dependencies and keep them visible and unblocked • Lead, influence, and help shape engineering decisions and solution scope • Drive delivery of cancellation policy systems, reservation management flows, host and guest service tooling, and related trust and support infrastructure • Run standups, cross-functional syncs, and stakeholder updates • Identify and mitigate technical and execution risks • Contribute to bi-annual product release planning • Manage assigned workstreams through the full product lifecycle • Translate complex technical work into clear status communications for engineering directors and senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience driving cross-functional software programs to completion • Senior- or staff-level operating experience • Ability to understand and reason about technical systems, including frontend/backend integrations and multi-platform delivery across Web, iOS, and Android • Strong stakeholder management skills • Demonstrated ability to build high-trust working relationships quickly • Comfort operating in ambiguity and bringing structure to complex, evolving programs • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Preferred: Experience with consumer-facing product surfaces such as reservations, cancellation flows, customer service tooling, or trust and safety systems • Preferred: Experience with high-scale consumer platforms and modern, distributed tech stacks • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
