📋 Description

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy • Complete timely documentation within Mamaya Health’s established timeframes • Collaborate with the Team Lead and other departments to ensure best practices and compliance • Manage and maintain an individual book of business • Monitor caseload health and proactively address key performance indicators • Utilize measurement-based care and assessments to track client outcomes and inform treatment • Coordinate care with medication prescribers, PCPs, OB-GYNs, dietitians, other therapists, and family members as appropriate • Participate in monthly and quarterly meetings with Mamaya Health Leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related mental health field • Independently licensed (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, etc.) in the state of Florida • Prior experience in outpatient, intensive outpatient/partial hospitalization, or residential treatment settings • Familiarity with evidence-based therapies, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed approaches • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Commitment to inclusivity and cultural humility • Strong self-accountability and autonomy
