📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality outpatient mental health therapy to clients in alignment with Mamaya Health’s mission and values • Provide individual, couples, and/or family outpatient therapy weekly, biweekly, or monthly • Maintain a minimum of 10 completed client sessions per week • Manage and maintain an individual book of business, monitoring caseload health and proactively addressing availability, cancellations, reengagement, retention, and clinical education issues • Use measurement-based care by incorporating assessments into every session and tracking mental health outcomes • Complete timely intakes, diagnoses, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries • Coordinate care with medication prescribers, PCPs, OB-GYNs, dietitians, other therapists, and family members as appropriate • Communicate promptly with Mamaya Health staff via email/chat • Participate in monthly team meetings, quarterly all-staff meetings, monthly 1:1 meetings with the Team Lead, and supervisory meetings as needed • Work within established policies and procedures and use evidence-based, data-informed practices

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related mental health field • Minimum provisionally licensed to practice in Tennessee • Independently licensed preferred: LPC-MHSP, LCSW, or LMFT • 3+ years of direct clinical experience • Experience in outpatient, intensive outpatient/partial hospitalization, or residential treatment settings preferred/ideal • Experience working with women preferred, preferably focused on women’s health throughout the lifespan • Familiarity with evidence-based therapies, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed approaches • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Commitment to inclusivity and cultural humility • Strong self-accountability and autonomy • Minimum availability of 12 hours per week • Minimum of 10 completed client sessions per week • Ability to work all hours in CST • Ability to respond to email/chat within 2 business days or sooner when urgent
