📋 Description

• Review real-time dashboards, system alerts, and KPI trends • Identify performance exceptions, anomalies, and emerging patterns across operations, sales, and financial metrics • Meet with Operations leaders, Directors, and Executives to walk through insights, forecasts, and recommendations • Develop or enhance dashboards, reporting frameworks, and system integrations • Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports • Document insights, system changes, and improvement opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analytics, systems analysis, or data-driven operational roles • High proficiency in database management and data modeling • Strong experience developing dashboards, performance reports, and process documentation • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
