📋 Description

• Plan and prepare IV&V engagements, including approach, scope, success criteria and quality and risk expectations • Review vendor SOWs and proposals for scope, requirements, acceptance criteria, deliverables, assumptions and gaps • Advise clients on NetSuite architecture, implementation approach, vendor selection and program governance • Verify and validate requirements, architecture, design, configuration, build, integration, testing and go-live readiness • Review data migration, integrations and hand-offs between vendors and systems • Present objective, evidence-based findings and help resolve identified issues • Lead full-lifecycle ERP implementations using NetSuite, Certinia or similar platforms • Configure finance, accounting, billing, revenue recognition, procure-to-pay and order-to-cash modules, workflows, roles and permissions • Translate financial and business requirements into scalable ERP designs • Build custom solutions using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, custom records, saved searches and configuration tools • Develop and support integrations with CRM, banking, billing, payroll and other third-party systems • Perform data migration, cleansing, mapping and validation • Build reports, dashboards and financial analytics for FP&A and operational reporting • Support testing, deployment, cutover planning, post-go-live stabilization and ERP performance improvements • Apply GAAP and SOX requirements in system design • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Operations and IT stakeholders • Provide technical leadership on ERP architecture, configuration standards and best practices • Document designs, test results and findings for client leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, information systems or a related field, or equivalent experience • 7+ years of experience in ERP systems configuration, development or implementation • Strong finance and accounting domain knowledge, including GL, AP, AR, revenue recognition and billing • Knowledge of internal controls such as GAAP and SOX • Hands-on NetSuite experience across financial and transactional modules, including configuration, workflows, scripting and customization • Strong integration experience using APIs, middleware or iPaaS tools • Experience with data migration and financial data mapping • Experience with the full implementation lifecycle: requirements, design, build, testing and UAT, cutover and go-live • Solution architecture experience and ability to translate business and finance requirements into technical solutions • Strong communication skills with technical and finance stakeholders • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments and multi-vendor programs
