📋 Description

• Guide clients through employment-based immigration matters from handoff through final submission • Own matters, build legal strategy, and manage every milestone • Handle or specialize in H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, E-1/E-2/E-3, O-1A, EB-1C, EB-2 NIW, and PERM labor certification cases • Assess prospects and determine whether they have legitimate cases • Build trust and set honest, clear expectations • Manage client relationships throughout the case lifecycle • Collaborate with paralegals on document collection, organization, and filing logistics • Advise clients on petition strategy, RFE responses, and compliance obligations • Manage high-volume employer accounts, HR contacts, and deadlines • Use Manifest's AI tools and technology to improve case quality and efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. • Active U.S. bar admission • Strong working knowledge of employment-based immigration, including NIV and IV matters • Experience with H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, E-3, O-1A, EB-1C, EB-2 NIW, and PERM labor certification • Clear, confident communication and ability to explain complex legal concepts in plain language • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Comfort in a high-cadence environment with real volume expectations • For Mid-Senior Level Associate: 4–7 years of experience, including high-volume employment-based cases such as H-1B, PERM, and/or intracompany-transfer matters • Comfort working directly with HR contacts • Proactive ownership approach
