📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting (field tech, fiber, or manufacturing preferred) • Strong sourcing and pipeline-building skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with aggressive hiring timelines (approx. 5 weeks per class) • Highly adaptable with the ability to pivot between roles and locations • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities • Comfortable working in a non-client facing, team-focused environment • High school diploma or equivalent • Nice to have: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
