📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers throughout the end-to-end contingent workforce hiring process • Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders • Prepare and facilitate client meetings and governance discussions • Serve as an escalation point and provide guidance on strategic workforce topics • Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence • Manage requisitions and candidate submissions with suppliers • Review candidate profiles for role alignment, compliance, and agreed rate structures • Conduct rate negotiations with suppliers • Oversee hiring and onboarding of contractors, freelancers, and temporary workers • Maintain accurate records in VMS and internal systems • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations • Participate in team meetings and collaborative planning sessions • Support onboarding and training of new team members • Promote continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and best-practice exchange • Act as a buddy and mentor for new colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent German and English communication skills • Experience in MSP, contingent workforce management, recruitment operations, staffing, vendor management, HR operations, or talent acquisition • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills • Experience working with suppliers, external workforce programs, or VMS platforms • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills
