📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality virtual therapy using evidence-based interventions including MI, CBT, ACT, and DBT • Use the collaboration portal to connect with and support students • Work closely with campus treatment providers, supervisors, and peers to ensure cohesive care • Maintain timely and precise records of clinical interactions • Partner with administrative support to enhance student care from initial outreach to resource provision • Collaborate with leadership during critical patient scenarios • Learn and apply Mantra Health’s care model to support college students and refine therapeutic skills

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual English/Mandarin required • Active independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC-D) in New York • Must be willing to obtain additional state licenses • Ability to conduct thorough biopsychosocial intakes with clear diagnostic assessments • Ability to combine conceptual insights with appropriate treatment plans • Experience treating a diverse cohort of students with respect and understanding • Ability to identify and manage escalating risk scenarios effectively • Laptop/desktop computer with quality video camera • Stable internet connection • At least 8 hours per week of availability during the academic year
