📋 Description

• Supports the planning, coordination, and execution of MAP USA’s domestic health initiatives • Manages and stewards a portfolio of grant-funded clinics and community health partners • Identifies, onboards, and supports new partners through MAP USA’s service-fee model • Supports proposal development, budget coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to expand access to essential medicines • Drives revenue growth through strategic partner retention and expansion, proactive prospecting, and pipeline development • Maintains strong clinic relationships by providing timely support for ordering requests, management questions • Conducts structured quarterly check-ins to assess partner satisfaction and gather qualitative impact data • Monitors and evaluates partner compliance with MAP USA program requirements and product usage policies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 2-5 years of directly related professional experience in program management, high-touch customer service, solutions-based sales, and/or account management. • Proven ability to hit financial goals, build deep customer loyalty, and operationalize innovative programs from scratch. • Experience in building and maintaining effective partner relationships by providing responsive service, documenting needs and follow-up actions and supporting partner satisfaction and engagement. • Ability to work independently with appropriate judgment, minimal supervision, manage competing priorities, and follow through on assigned responsibilities. • Capacity to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Exceptional communication skills as evidenced by clear and professional, verbal and written communication, including the ability to present, negotiate, facilitate partner discussions, and represent MAP’s mission to diverse audiences. • Demonstrated ability to identify partner growth and retention opportunities • Experience and success in meeting annual revenue goals and key performance objectives through consistent outreach, follow-up, and account stewardship. • Ability to maintain meticulous attention to detail • Demonstrates strong time management skills by organizing work effectively to balance individual responsibilities with ongoing partner account management. • Proficient in technology platforms such as inventory management systems, CRM systems, online partner platforms, and advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite. • Deep personal alignment with MAP’s values and commitment to representing the organization with integrity. • Displays a growth mindset.
