• Develop and steward donor relationships to drive mission impact and increase market revenue growth • Achieve revenue goals through donor and prospective donor relationships and DIY events • Collaborate with market leadership to execute event core tactics • Lead, engage, empower, and mobilize volunteers • Maintain a donor portfolio and contribute to overall market success • Maintain data integrity and influence donor retention rates • Ensure best-in-class fundraising events that drive impact and increase revenue • Communicate March of Dimes’ work and mission impact • Execute market event strategy by connecting donor interests with the mission impact agenda • Maintain and grow a donor revenue portfolio • Execute mid-level donor stewardship practices • Secure DIY events and provide tailored donor experiences • Provide activation and stewardship opportunities for assigned family teams • Manage event B&C level teams for March for Babies • Maintain a year-round revenue pipeline • Identify candidates for volunteer roles and coordinate event committees • Coordinate with Centralized Logistics for successful virtual and in-person events, programs, and meetings • Maintain CRM/FRED data integrity and log donor and prospect interactions • Collaborate with Centralized Logistics and Finance on invoicing, collection, and sponsorship allocation
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to plan and execute successful events • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills • At least 2 years of experience • Four-year college degree (preferred)
