📋 Description

• Guide the day-to-day site operator • Work alongside development, platform and app partners • Support DTC, wholesale, marketplace and retail businesses sharing one digital backbone • Build site capabilities and customer-facing interactions that elevate user engagement • Track emerging technology trends and e-commerce innovation to identify feature opportunities • Evaluate site updates by balancing technical effort against revenue and commercial impact • Turn roadmap concepts into polished, user-centric site enhancements • Track performance metrics against target KPIs and establish data-driven site optimizations • Maintain standard operating procedures across feature rollouts from scoping through deployment • Partner with cross-functional operations leads to streamline workflows, align organizational targets and support internal growth • Define and execute product strategy, requirements and release schedules aligned with business goals • Oversee compliance and accessibility processes and partners • Support day-to-day site operations • Manage agency and vendor relationships, including scope, SLAs, budget and performance

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners to achieve shared business outcomes • A passion for digital brand experience and the customer journey • Deep, hands-on Shopify Plus experience or a comparable enterprise platform, including themes, apps and integrations • Experience owning onsite merchandising through seasonal launches and promotional periods • CRO track record and fluency in the supporting technology stack • Experience directing internal or agency developers from business requirements through QA and release • Experience creating intake or prioritization processes in an unstructured request environment • Ability to set clear objectives and design strategies that inspire and align the team • Deep understanding of and commitment to the tech and retail industries, including current best practices and trends
