📋 Description

• Process and manage client purchase data • Code items and perform unit/quantity conversions • Reconcile vendor information between MarginEdge systems and the client’s accounting system • Identify and report invoice processing errors • Conduct thorough quality check reviews • Collaborate across the organization with internal and offshore teams • Maintain promised timelines • Support clients by reviewing pricing accuracy and organizing information for inventory and recipe cost assessment

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the restaurant or food and beverage industry • Must work 75% of scheduled shift between Friday, Saturday, and Sunday • Familiarity with restaurant bookkeeping practices, including standard chart of accounts, invoices, and/or ordering • Strong comfort with numbers and basic mathematical concepts • Excellent remote communication skills using tools such as Slack and Google Meet • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and with action focus • High productivity and judgment to balance independent problem-solving with timely escalation of urgent issues • Detail-oriented approach and strong organizational skills • Desire to consistently go above and beyond • Must not be a current employee of MarginEdge’s clients
