📋 Description

• Build out and resize campaign creative across print, digital, out-of-home, social, and direct mail formats • Prepare mechanicals and final files to printer and publication specs, including bleeds, color, and preflight checks • Apply brand guidelines consistently across large multi-piece campaigns • Make client and internal revisions quickly and accurately • Produce member and patient materials such as brochures, mailers, and flyers, including multilingual versions • Organize, package, and archive files so they are easy to find and reuse • Collaborate with art directors, account teams, and project managers on healthcare marketing campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of graphic production experience, ideally at an agency or in-house creative team • Expert-level Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator • Strong knowledge of print production, prepress, and digital ad specs • Sharp eye for typography, alignment, and detail • Able to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines • Clear communicator who works well remotely and takes direction well • Must be able to work Pacific Time (PST) hours • Portfolio or samples showing production work required • Healthcare, health plan, or pharma advertising experience preferred • Experience with regulated content and compliance review cycles preferred • Familiarity with accessibility standards (508/WCAG) for digital and print preferred • Experience producing materials in Spanish and other languages preferred • Figma, Adobe Acrobat Pro, or basic motion/animation skills preferred
