📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for UHNW clients, managing day-to-day financial and coordinating administrative needs • Oversee cash management, bill pay, and money movement across multiple accounts and entities • Review and communicate financial reports, budgets, and cash flow to clients • Coordinate and manage multiple entities, real estate holdings, and business interests • Ensure timely execution of client requests while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail • Act as the central hub between clients, advisors, CPAs, attorneys, and internal teams • Proactively identify issues, anticipate needs, and recommend solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of direct client-facing experience in a family office, business management, or UHNW client environment • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships independently • Hands-on experience with financial reporting and budgeting • Cash flow management and account oversight • Bill pay and transaction execution • Multi-entity structures and/or real estate holdings • Strong ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-touch environment • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface directly with clients and their advisors
