• Originate and cultivate middle-market investment banking opportunities • Leverage Mariner's advisor network for sell-side, recapitalization, and strategic advisory opportunities • Serve as a strategic advisor to founder-led businesses • Lead client engagements throughout the transaction lifecycle • Direct end-to-end transaction execution • Partner with investment banking and legal teams for integrated advisory solutions • Drive business growth and market expansion • Maintain accountability for transaction quality and client satisfaction • Mentor and develop investment banking professionals
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field • 12+ years of investment banking experience with a focus on middle market transactions • FINRA Series SIE, 82, 79, 63
