• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments for seafarers. • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and psychotherapy. • Collaborate with a team of psychologists to ensure holistic patient care. • Provide crisis intervention and emergency psychiatric services as needed. • Conduct follow-up appointments to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. • Stay current with advancements in psychiatric practices and integrate new knowledge into patient care.
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) with a specialization in Psychiatry. • Board certification in Psychiatry. • Valid medical license to practice psychiatry. • Minimum of 5 years of clinical psychiatry experience, preferably in occupational health. • Strong understanding of the mental health challenges unique to the maritime industry. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
