Male, female, and ethnically diverse Care Partners are assigned to each location making regularly scheduled brief worksite visits.

📋 Description

• Serves as a messenger and conveyor of faith, mission, and purpose • Interacts with companies, employees, and community • Makes brief visits to company worksites • Provides confidential pastoral discussions for problem issues • Works with companies to serve notifications of death and serious injuries • Participates in new employee orientation

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work as member of interdisciplinary group • Skills to effectively listen and interact with clients, employees, and their families • Spiritual maturity and commitment to a Christian lifestyle • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated skill in analyzing information • Computer proficiency using Google Suites or Microsoft Office • Must have active state driver’s license and minimum auto insurance
