• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement across departments • Support the planning and execution of continuous improvement projects • Collect and analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization • Help document current processes and develop updated workflows or standard operating procedures (SOPs) • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor improvement initiatives • Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies
• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools • Effective communication and collaboration skills • Detail-oriented with a passion for efficiency and innovation.
