📋 Description
• Assist with strategic Group HR projects • Assist with creating Targeted Selection behavioral interview guides for select roles • Analyze compensation of select roles across the Group • Compile and build out electronic learning paths on various onboarding • Conduct daily system audits and reports for accuracy • Support HR teams with onboarding improvement projects • Collaborate and assist HR & TA with process improvement • Maintain daily reporting and analytics
🎯 Requirements
• Currently in an accredited program to attain a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing or other relevant major • Interpersonal Skills • Problem Solving • Adaptability • Communication • Attention to Detail • Microsoft Office • Workday is a plus
