• Work closely with Operations personnel to ensure the service meets customer requirements and schedules • Assist in resolving customer service issues • Inspect customer facilities for defects in need of repair and provide reports to Estimators for bidding purposes • Maintains quality service by following organization standards • Other duties as assigned
• High school diploma required • 3-5 years’ experience in construction preferred • Project management experience, including experience analyzing project costs and information, setting project budgets, and estimating costs preferred • 2 years’ construction field experience preferred • Ability to build and develop positive working relationships with customers and vendors • Proficient with computer software to conduct daily business activities (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) • Superior communication skills: Must be comfortable engaging in a variety of different communicative modes (verbal, non-verbal, and written) and being attuned to others through strong active listening skills • Strong teamwork, initiative, resilience, and tact required • Strong working knowledge of one’s field or discipline in which they find themselves engaged on a daily basis
