📋 Description

• Assist with track inspections and job site management • Work closely with Operations personnel to ensure customer requirements are met • Assist in resolving customer service issues • Inspect customer facilities for defects and provide reports for bidding • Maintain quality service by following organization standards • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • 3-5 years’ experience in construction preferred • Project management experience preferred • 2 years’ construction field experience preferred • Ability to build and develop positive working relationships with customers and vendors • Proficient with computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Superior communication skills • Strong teamwork, initiative, resilience, and tact required • Strong working knowledge of one’s field or discipline • Ability to read and interpret documents • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence • Ability to speak effectively before groups • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions • Valid Driver’s License in good standing required
