📋 Description

• Reviewing contracts. • Responsible for researching property records and preparing documents and information for real estate transactions. • Opening and ordering searches for files. • Importing title searches. • Preparing title commitments, closing disclosures. • Preparing buyer and seller documents. • Clearing title issues (i.e. lien, quite title, title vesting issues, etc.). • Communicate with buyers to confirm correct information for contacts. • Communicate with realtor to confirm correct transactional information. • Other duties as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Two years of experience with real estate transactions, title processing or as a title company processor is essential. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Reliable and detail oriented. • Strong organizational skills. • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple deadlines. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Familiarity with preparing Closing Disclosures. • Provide a high level of customer service, including the building of strong relationships with our customers and colleagues. • Currently a Licensed Title Agent in Pennsylvania is preferred.
