📋 Description

• Review contracts • Research property records and prepare documents and information for real estate transactions • Open and order searches for files • Import title searches • Prepare title commitments and closing disclosures • Prepare buyer and seller documents • Clear title issues, including liens, quiet title, and title vesting issues • Communicate with buyers to confirm correct contact information • Communicate with realtors to confirm correct transactional information • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Two years of experience with real estate transactions, title processing or as a title company processor is essential • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Reliable and detail oriented • Strong organizational skills • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple deadlines • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Familiarity with preparing Closing Disclosures • Ability to provide a high level of customer service, including building strong relationships with customers and colleagues • Currently a Licensed Title Agent in Pennsylvania is preferred
