📋 Description

• Deliver high-impact 1:1 and group coaching sessions focused on marriage dynamics, emotional regulation, communication, trust repair, and personal accountability • Guide clients through emotionally charged situations with clarity, structure, and proven frameworks • Help clients move from crisis and confusion to stability, leadership, and long-term behavioral change • Track client progress across emotionally complex journeys, identifying risks, resistance patterns, and breakthrough moments • Proactively intervene when clients struggle with consistency, emotional setbacks, or decision paralysis • Contribute insights to continuously improve coaching frameworks and client outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Proven background coaching individuals or couples through marriage conflict, emotional disconnection, trust breakdown, separation, or reconciliation • Comfortable working with clients in high emotional distress, balancing empathy with firmness, challenging avoidance patterns, and maintaining authority in difficult conversations • Strong verbal skills; able to explain complex emotional dynamics in a grounded, practical way • Confident facilitating group discussions on sensitive topics • Organised, reliable, and comfortable operating within a structured program • Direct experience in relationship, marriage, or couples coaching is required • Relevant certifications or qualifications such as ICF, Gottman Method, EFT, IFS, SYMBIS, PAIRS, PREP, BCC, or LMFT/LPC/LCSW are a strong plus
