• 7–10 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or lifecycle marketing • Strong expertise with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, or similar) • Experience working with Salesforce CRM and marketing system integrations • Experience building lead management and lifecycle marketing frameworks • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing performance reporting • Ability to manage complex marketing programs in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
