• Making meaningful moments for Owners, members, and guests • Contributing to the success of the organization and sales distribution site by effectively using sales techniques and processes • Cater the sales experience to the individual needs and preferences of each potential owner • Follow through with the sales contract process to ensure all paperwork and legally required documents are completed • Maintaining customer relationships after the sale to ensure continued owner satisfaction • Responding to and monitoring the resolution of customer and Owner inquiries in a timely manner
• Minimum 2 years of on-site timeshare sales experience with documented performance results • Residence required in Florida, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, or South Carolina • Active Real Estate or Timeshare Sales license for one of the listed states • Proficiency in Microsoft programs including Outlook, Excel and Teams preferred • Minimum one-year of timeshare sales experience within last 2 years required • Dependability, Presentation, Positive Demeanor, Adaptability/Flexibility, Stress Tolerance, Integrity • Customer Service Orientation, Diversity Relations, Teamwork, Influence • Listening, English Language Proficiency, Applied Reading
• Open availability Monday through Saturday, mornings and evenings • This position may require a background check and or drug screen contingent on company policy and state and local requirements • Maintaining high standards and providing the best service
