📋 Description

• Remotely review, evaluate, and interpret radiographs, ultrasound, MRI, CT, and other diagnostic images submitted digitally • Dictate diagnostic imaging reports using voice dictation software • Communicate collaboratively with colleagues through the AIS chat group • Consult with clients and veterinary professionals by phone, email, Zoom, MS Teams, and other communication methods • Interact with AIS technical support and other personnel • Participate in AIS clinic rounds, journal club, employee meetings, and professional enrichment • Participate in ACVR continuing education and other applicable continuing education events • Participate in quality control programs • Maintain proficiency in clinical diagnostic skills and current knowledge of veterinary diagnostic approaches and treatments • Assist with duties relevant to veterinary teleradiology • Participate in enterprise initiatives and special projects as assigned • Uphold organizational ethical standards and report concerns or policy violations

🎯 Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree or equivalent • Diplomate of American College of Veterinary Radiology (ACVR) or European College of Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging (EVDI) • Expertise interpreting radiographs, ultrasound, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging and nuclear medicine • Must be licensed to practice veterinary medicine in respective state • Fluency in the English language • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong commitment to highest standards of medical quality and veterinary code of ethics • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Proven ability to work effectively within a team, with clients, and with management • Ability to work effectively remotely with minimal supervision
