📋 Description

• Populate and maintain the client relationship manager (CRM) database with up-to-date Clinical Network Practitioner information • Maintain and improve lead pipeline flow, collaborating with cross-functional teams to augment systems, touch points, channels, and communication delivery methods • Develop and sustain positive relationships with Clinical Network Practitioners, including occasional customer visits and trade show representation • Follow up regarding referred patient deliveries and outcome measures, maintaining detailed records of practitioner preferences • Maintain the practitioner training environment and documentation, ensuring timely delivery of continuing education unit certification • Monitor the health of the Clinical Network Practitioner network, identifying champions and geographic opportunities and vetting potential partners • Audit lead outcomes, ensuring timely communication, seamless referral, and outcome measures; identify opportunities for improvement and remarketing • Conduct patient satisfaction surveys and review outcomes and success metrics with field sales representatives • Understand jurisdiction-specific international regulatory environments, maintaining records and ensuring compliance • Assist in maintaining the quality management system and ensuring identified issues are addressed promptly • Participate in regular one-on-one meetings and an annual formal performance review

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare, sales, or related field, required • Extensive sales knowledge and customer service, required • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, required • Prolonged periods of working on a computer • Occasional travel may be required
