• Partner with Product leadership to define and evolve the Salesforce vision, roadmap, and priorities • Translate business goals, stakeholder needs, and customer experience opportunities into scalable Salesforce solutions • Lead discovery and solution-design conversations to identify business challenges, define requirements, and measure success • Evaluate platform performance, adoption, and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities • Balance innovation, user experience, support needs, platform sustainability, and technical debt • Own and evolve Salesforce platform architecture and ensure adherence to best practices • Serve as technical authority across Salesforce Service Cloud and integrated systems • Contribute to complex development efforts, code reviews, and solution design • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate roadmap initiatives into executable development plans • Champion Salesforce DevOps practices, including source-driven development, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and release management • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrations and platform capabilities • Mentor, coach, and support Salesforce administrators and developers • Foster accountability, collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement • Set expectations, provide feedback, and support career growth • Delegate work while helping team members expand their capabilities • Partner with Product Owners, Project Managers, and business stakeholders to deliver Salesforce initiatives • Prioritize work around the highest-value outcomes • Resolve complex technical challenges and escalated issues • Communicate progress, risks, and priorities to technical and non-technical audiences • Ensure Salesforce capabilities support company-wide strategic initiatives
• 2+ years of experience in a technical lead, senior lead, or people leadership role • 7+ years of Salesforce administration and development experience • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, and Visualforce • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, security models, data modeling, governor limits, and platform best practices • Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, source control, and CI/CD pipelines • Proficiency with Salesforce CLI and related developer tools • Proven experience mentoring and developing technical team members • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences • Strong commitment to confidentiality, security, and data privacy standards • Preferred: Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I or II, Application Architect, or System Architect certifications • Preferred: Python scripting for data and file transformation activities • Preferred: Background in financial services, banking, healthcare, or other regulated industries • Successful completion of background and credit screenings required for final candidates
