📋 Description

• Design, develop, and update coding education curriculum • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars for coders • Create engaging e-learning modules and online courses • Provide hands-on guidance to coders • Collaborate with clinical documentation improvement specialists • Conduct coding audits and provide feedback to coders • Offer ongoing education and learning opportunities to coding staff • Educate coders on coding compliance regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Health Information Management required or bachelor's degree Related Field of Study Preferred • Coding Experience 2-3 years required • Teaching Experience 1-2 years preferred • Strong instructional skills • In-depth understanding of coding guidelines, compliance regulations, and industry standards • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong analytical skills to evaluate coding accuracy
