📋 Description

• Manage and prioritize a backlog of epics, user stories, and defects • Detail development topics and provide direction and guidance to scrum teams • Work with stakeholders across the organization to ensure stories match business needs • Champion the team in building high-quality solutions that meet customer needs • Identify business needs and define requirements for product features through user stories • Present product ideas, strategies, and designs to stakeholders • Coordinate releases with development and quality control • Create and maintain prioritized, detailed work item backlogs reflecting customer and business priorities • Provide visibility into project progress • Validate new features with stakeholders • Contribute to long-term product roadmaps and release planning with leadership • Participate in professional, technical, and career development training • Perform other duties as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, related discipline, or equivalent experience • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in product management or similar technical role within a software development environment • Hands-on experience working with Scrum teams to refine backlogs, write user stories, participate in sprint ceremonies, and support release planning in an Agile environment • Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred • Product ownership experience for Salesforce technologies (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, integrations) strongly preferred • Creative, critical, analytical, and effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Above average ability to assess risks • Proven ability to partner with developers to deliver results • Ability to multi-task and stay organized • Ability to work independently with self direction • Proven time management skills • Ability to work and lead successfully in a team environment • Above average written and verbal communication skills • E-Verify employment eligibility requirements apply
