• Manage the sales of the specified region • Provide support to dealer base and grow market share in primary market area • Develop relationships with dealers through support and being a resource for the client • Identify, seek out and pursue new opportunities (dealers, contractors, private, public, commercial) • Provide pre-sales, post-sales and service support • Conduct dealer education and development • Resolve product-expectation and service-perception issues • Participate in corporate sales meetings
• High school diploma or GED required; four-year business degree, or equivalent combination education and work experience in sales and/or building materials. • Experience in the fenestration industry preferred. • Knowledge of residential construction practices and building materials • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to establish strong business and appropriate personal relationships with business partners • Excellent skills in three-dimensional thinking, problem solving and negotiation • Working knowledge of modern office procedures, practices and equipment, including the use of computers
