📋 Description

• Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants conducting one-time, non-treatment Veteran Disability Exams in South Carolina • Provide oversight for one-time, non-treatment compensation and pension exams • Ensure exam responses are captured through web-based examination forms • Ensure documentation is completed electronically • Send completed exams to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for disability award determinations • Follow South Carolina Board of Nursing guidelines • Oversee standard musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, and respiratory exams

🎯 Requirements

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree • Experience in general medicine for all body systems • Active and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Primary care experience • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Good interpersonal skills • Willingness to be flexible and adapt to changing situations • Basic computer skills • Must follow state guidelines outlined by the Board of Nursing in South Carolina
