📋 Description

• Provide virtual care and support through 20-minute video consultations and asynchronous messaging • Provide general exercise guidance and support • Guide safe and appropriate exercise during pregnancy • Provide exercise preparation for childbirth • Provide pelvic floor strengthening exercises and guidance • Document member encounters in Maven's MPractice practice management system • Collaborate with Maven's Care Delivery team to coordinate member needs, including in-person referrals and follow-up care • Deliver culturally humble, compassionate, evidence-based care • Provide care via video and private messaging • Potentially moderate community forums, lead virtual member classes, and write or review educational articles

🎯 Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree • Currently residing in the United States • Ability to commit approximately 5 hours per week to direct member care in a part-time, 1099 independent contractor capacity • At least 5 years of professional experience providing wellness coaching or physical therapy services • At least 3 years of experience delivering care via telehealth • Experience providing one-on-one wellness coaching or physical therapy services in a private practice setting • Comfortable delivering care through a digital health platform and engaging members in a virtual care environment • Passion for women's and family health, with a strong interest in menopause, pelvic health, and holistic wellness
