📋 Description

• Provide virtual care through video consultations, primarily in 10-minute appointments • Provide asynchronous messaging and general clinical guidance within scope of practice • Partner with Maven’s Care Advocate team to coordinate member needs, including in-person referrals and follow-up care • Moderate and contribute to Maven’s member community by responding to questions and ensuring clinical accuracy • Deliver culturally humble care and advance Maven’s virtual care model • Collaborate with Maven’s provider network of 30+ specialties and 350+ subspecialties

🎯 Requirements

• Active MD or DO degree • Unrestricted medical license in at least one of: Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Texas, Virginia, or Washington • Board certification in OB/GYN • Broad clinical knowledge across women’s health, including pregnancy and postpartum care, fertility, menopause, and common outpatient gynecologic concerns • Ability to commit approximately 5 hours per week • Clean professional licensing record, with no open licensing board complaints or probated or restricted licensure • Experience providing empathetic, culturally humble care • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Passion for women’s and family health
