📋 Description

• Provide virtual care and support through 30-minute video consultations and asynchronous messaging • Address life coaching, goal accountability, life skills, transitions, organization, healthy lifestyles, yoga and fitness, mindfulness, self-regulation, holistic health, and menopause • Document encounters in Maven’s MPractice practice management system • Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team to coordinate member needs, including in-person referrals and follow-up care • Champion Maven’s care model through culturally humble care • Provide care via video and private messaging • Potentially moderate community forums, lead virtual member classes, and write or review educational articles • Participate in optional Maven-sponsored lectures, panels, and speaking opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Certified by ICF or the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) • Currently residing in the United States • Able to commit approximately 5 hours per week to direct member care in a part-time, independent contractor (1099) capacity • At least 5 years of professional experience providing wellness coaching • At least 3 years of experience delivering care via telehealth • Experience providing one-on-one wellness coaching in a private practice setting • Comfortable delivering care through a digital health platform and engaging members in a virtual care environment • Passionate about women’s and family health, with a strong interest in menopause and holistic health
