📋 Description

• Provide virtual care and support to adult members through 30-minute video consultations and asynchronous messaging • Provide life coaching and accountability support for achieving goals • Support life skill development, transitions, organization, healthy lifestyle adoption, yoga and fitness, mindfulness and self-regulation, holistic health, and menopause • Capture encounter summary documentation in MPractice • Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team to meet member needs, including recommendations for in-person referrals and follow-ups • Serve as an ambassador of Maven’s care model and provide culturally humble, evidence-based care

🎯 Requirements

• ICF or National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) certification required • Must reside in the United States • Must be in good standing with all applicable medical boards • No history of medical malpractice or disciplinary actions • Ability to provide direct member care for 5 hours per week • 3+ years practicing independently as a wellness coach • 3+ years of prior experience in the tele-health space • Comfortable providing care through a digital health platform • Passion for women’s and family health
