📋 Description

• Lead operational execution for pharmacy services, ensuring high efficiency, profitability, and excellence in patient care. • Identify, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows. • Mentor and develop staff through coaching and team-building initiatives. • Address client concerns and develop actionable solutions to enhance satisfaction and maintain strong partnerships. • Oversee staffing and scheduling to ensure pharmacies are adequately supported during all operating hours. • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards, including URAC and ACHC requirements. • Develop and execute training programs to enhance staff technical proficiency and customer service capabilities. • Foster clear communication and collaboration between operations teams, corporate staff, and client representatives. • Monitor and ensure compliance with inventory control programs, including 340B requirements. • Prepare operational reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. • Promote adherence to Maxor’s Compliance Program and Ethical Business Conduct policy.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of an Associate degree or equivalent experience in business or pharmacy related field. • Experience in 340B Pharmacy, Specialty Pharmacy, and/or Hospital/Health System Pharmacy required. • 3-5 years spent progressively building a background in various departmental functions with at least 1 year of experience at a management/leadership level. • Previous pharmacy system/technology experience required. • System implementation, program management, management of 10+ employees, quality control of operations, audit and corrective action plans, 340B, pharmacy purchasing, stakeholder communications. • Must be able to travel.
