• Implement sales strategies to grow sales presence in the South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa area. • Build dealer and contractor relationships, and represent MAX at job sites and events. • Visit job sites to demonstrate MAX products directly to contractors with distributor involvement. • Implement MAX sales programs and promotions. • Conduct job site visits and ensure timely follow-up to customer requests. • Use CRM tools daily to track customer interactions and monitor sales pipeline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. • Proven experience in outside sales, ideally with a manufacturer or industrial equipment company. • Experience in developing pricing strategies, executing sales promotions, and training customers and staff. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) required. • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or comparable CRM platforms preferred.
