📋 Description

• Gather requirements and document business processes • Configure Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform capabilities • Support testing and training • Help clients adopt practical CRM/CX solutions • Participate in discovery and design sessions • Capture business requirements, current-state process issues, future-state process needs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and configuration decisions • Own defined workstreams with limited oversight at senior level • Guide junior resources where appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• Experience gathering requirements and documenting business processes • Experience configuring Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform capabilities • Experience supporting testing and training • Ability to capture business requirements, current-state process issues, future-state process needs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and configuration decisions • Senior-level consultants expected to own defined workstreams with limited oversight • Ability to guide junior resources where appropriate
