📋 Description

• Gather requirements and document business processes • Configure Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform capabilities • Support testing and training and help clients adopt CRM/CX solutions • Own defined workstreams with limited oversight and guide junior resources where appropriate • Participate in discovery and design sessions • Capture business requirements, process issues, future-state needs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and configuration decisions • Configure model-driven apps, tables, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, business process flows, queues, routing, security roles, and basic automation • Support Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights, and related CE/CX capabilities • Prepare functional design documents, process flows, configuration workbooks, test scripts, training materials, and user adoption content • Maintain requirements traceability through discovery, design, configuration, testing, UAT, and adoption materials • Support backlog refinement, sprint demos, CRP/UAT planning, test execution, defect triage, release readiness, go-live support, and hypercare • Partner with technical consultants on integrations, data migration, reporting, security, and custom extensions • Help clients evaluate standard functionality versus customization and escalate risks • Maintain awareness of Microsoft Copilot, embedded intelligence, Power BI, and automation capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience implementing or supporting Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights, or comparable CRM platforms • Working knowledge of Dataverse, model-driven apps, Power Automate, dashboards, basic reporting, Microsoft 365 integration, and user security concepts • Ability to produce clear documentation, manage assigned work, communicate status, and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams • Understanding of agile delivery, user stories, acceptance criteria, test management, training, and change/adoption fundamentals • Recommended certifications: PL-200; MB-280, MB-230, MB-240, or relevant CE module certifications preferred
