📋 Description

• Review, analyze, and validate existing documents and templates in preparation for system migration. • Assist in the migration of documents between platforms, ensuring all data and formatting are accurately transferred. • Collaborate with developers to test and troubleshoot document generation issues. • Work closely with business users to understand document requirements and confirm that outputs meet organizational standards. • Participate in testing activities for updates and enhancements. • Document and track progress, issues, and resolutions in project management platform. • Support continuous improvement initiatives within document management processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience with Microsoft Word, in particular formatting of documents. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proven ability to work collaboratively with developers, testers, and business users. • Experience with document automation or content management systems is a plus. • Basic working knowledge of SQL is a plus.
